Terms of service (TOS)
Thank you for your interest in commissioning me!
The following article contains important information about the commission process, so please read with care and feel free to ask me anything regarding the process through my email, I'll be glad to explain further!
Payment process
How are payments handled?
Due to the increase in AI motivated artist commission scams I require half (50%) of the payment up front and rest of the remaining payment once the sketch is approved by the client. All payments are processed through PayPal in EUR currency. The email address I use for paypal is [email protected]When you set a commission with me, I will send you an invoice that details the services that are included in your commission. Once I have received the first half of the payment, I will then start working on your commission. The final product will only be started and delivered once I have received payment in full.
All payments are final.
Schedule and turnaround times
When will your commission be ready?
Any work on your commission won't be started before the first half of the payment is visible to me on PayPal. After I'm able to confirm the transaction I will start working on your piece within 48h and confirm with you when I do so.All commissions will be completed within 30 days (1 month) of the artist starting work on the project. Note: This does not include the downtime of approving the sketch and processing the 2nd half of the payment.
Commission process
What is the complete process of commissioning me?
To keep myself and my customers' work organised, I take commissions primarily through my e-mail. For questions and smaller inquiries I can also be reached through my other socials, however I can't guarantee a timely response there.Send me an e-mail or direct message that details what type of work you would like to commission from me (headshots, halfbody, fullbody, reference sheets, etc.)
In your message please also include your character’s basic features: species, class, age, sex/gender, skin/eye color, etc. and a scenario or scene you have in mind.If you have a ready character design in mind or if you have any other reference pictures (or pinterest boards) to help describing your characters, I encourage to add those to your message.Additionally you may also choose to include a backstory for your character in the email as well. Backstories help me get a deeper sense of the character’s personality and appearance, but is not a necessary part of the process. After this I will give you an estimate for the full price for your commission and confirm with you that this includes all of the services you wish to include. After this I will require first half of the payment (50%) Once the downpayment is done, I will begin to work on your commission.I will deliver you one or more sketches that you get to choose from and approve to be worked into your finalised piece. During the sketching phase any bigger issues like composition, character silhouette and design elements can be altered with relatively little work, so I encourage you to ask for changes or additions in this phase if that is something that you desire from your final piece. After you have reviewed and approved a sketch that will be worked into your final commission I will require the rest of the payment before I start working on your final commission. During this phase I allow up to 2 revisions and minor alteration to the piece free of charge.Once the final commission is completed I will share the file of your commission to you through a personal Google Drive link, where you have free access to the artwork in its full resolution.
